Our website is owned and operated by Aria Services FZ-LLC, with registered office address at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

If you wish to access and use the services of www.goldenkeygaming.com then you will need to create an account in accordance with our registration process. Once your registration has been completed then you will be able to access the platform by logging into your account. Please be advised that www.goldenkeygaming.com shall be entitled to carry out any background checks which we deem necessary and may refuse to grant you access to our service at our sole discretion.

Sales 

All customers will be able to browse the currency which we have available as soon as they have registered and then logged in to their account. 
Customers may choose the gold or tokens that they want to buy and then purchase these items securely through our protected paywall. 
All sales are final, and all payments must be made in full before arrangements for delivery can be made. 
All our products are delivered as is, and the prices are clearly displayed. 

Goldenkey Gaming strictly does not sell video games on our platform. We exclusively sell in-game currency tokens, such as gold coins, for various video games. Our services are limited to the purchase and sale of these virtual currencies only, and we will never offer video games or any other digital products. By using our site, you acknowledge and agree that our marketplace is dedicated solely to the trade of in-game currency tokens.

Selling Gold, Tokens, Credits, ETC to Us

Customers may request to sell their in-game currencies to the platform by filling in the form on the ‘sell to us’ page. 
The website www.goldenkeygaming.com will determine if they are prepared to buy the goods from the seller and offer a price, they see reasonable. 
All sellers warrant that they have procured all necessary permissions and or rights to be able to list their products for sale. 
The seller will ensure which the goods they have offered goldenkeygaimg.com are accurately described.
If the seller is happy with the price proposed by goldenkeygaming.com, then an agreement will be drawn up to receive the goods from the seller and process the payment for the amount agreed once the goods have been received. 
All communication around this matter will be kept via email to keep a record. 

Payments 

All payments for goods must be made in full and in advance of any of the goods being delivered. 
All payments are processed through our secure payment platform and are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. 
All payments will be conducted through our 3rd Party PCI-DSS Payment Service Provider. We do not store or hold your credit/debit card information.
Once your payment has been completed you will see GKGAS, UAE on your billing statement. 

Delivery 

Deliveries may take up to 72 hours to be processed, but normally will be issued immediately. 
There are multiple delivery options available to customers when buying gold through www.goldenkeygaming.com. 
Delivery options include having the items sent via in-game mail, or to have them delivered in-game via special arrangement which will be agreed and explained to the customer at the point of purchase. 
You can expect to receive the delivery instructions within 24 hours of the order being place. 
Should you not receive communication from us within 24 hours please contact us immediately so that we can avoid any delays or issues. 

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not issue refunds on orders already delivered unless, the amount delivered is less than what you had paid for. 
If you are experiencing any issues, please contact us right away and we will work hard on resolving any matters.
Whilst we do our best in making sure everything goes smoothly sometimes things can go wrong, if there is an issue on our side, we will resolve it immediately.
For refund request we ask that you put these in writing to us within 7 days of the product being delivered. 
Due to the nature of our delivery service cancellations may not be possible. We aim to deliver a product right away so if this has already been delivered a cancellation request will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. 
If you made the order by mistake or decided to change your mind, we ask that you email us immediately after making an order, no later than 12 hours of placing the order. As long as the product has not been delivered to your in-game player account, we may be able to cancel the order. 

Intellectual Property Rights 

All existing Intellectual Property Rights of www.goldenkeygaming.com including its contractors, partners, service providers or suppliers shall belong and remain with prospective owners. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall transfer any such Intellectual Property Rights to you. 
Customers shall not engage in any conduct which will infringe of the Intellectual Property Rights of www.goldenkeygaming.com or of any other third parties in relation to use of the platform. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law this platform and all of the services on www.goldenkeygaming.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and are without any warranty of any kind. The website www.goldenkeygaming.com hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the platform, as well as all information which is made available to you through this service. 
The website www.goldenkeygaming.com shall not be liable to you for any costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or any other expenses which are listed to you through the platform. 

Indemnity 

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless www.goldenkeygaming.com, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees and agents against all harmless form and against all costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses, including any legal fees. Which arise under this agreement including without limitation arising from or in connection with negligence, omission and/or a breach of this agreement on your part. 

Law & Jurisdiction  

In the event that an issue is escalated further than the resolution the company can provide, our terms shall be governed by the courts of the United Arab Emirates. With our business being based here, the UAE is the jurisdiction in which our business is governed by. 

Termination 

Without prejudice to any other rights www.goldenkeygaming.com may have under this agreement, the website may terminate this agreement by notice in writing if you are found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions. 
In this event your account on www.goldenkeygaming.com shall be removed and any future access to www.goldenkeygaming.com blocked.
