Selling Gold, Tokens, Credits, ETC to Us
Customers may request to sell their in-game currencies to the platform by filling in the form on the ‘sell to us’ page.
The website www.goldenkeygaming.com will determine if they are prepared to buy the goods from the seller and offer a price, they see reasonable.
All sellers warrant that they have procured all necessary permissions and or rights to be able to list their products for sale.
The seller will ensure which the goods they have offered goldenkeygaimg.com are accurately described.
If the seller is happy with the price proposed by goldenkeygaming.com, then an agreement will be drawn up to receive the goods from the seller and process the payment for the amount agreed once the goods have been received.

Payments
All payments for goods must be made in full and in advance of any of the goods being delivered.
All payments are processed through our secure payment platform and are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology.
All payments will be conducted through our 3rd Party PCI-DSS Payment Service Provider. We do not store or hold your credit/debit card information.
Once your payment has been completed you will see GKGAS, UAE on your billing statement.
Delivery
Deliveries may take up to 72 hours to be processed, but normally will be issued immediately.
There are multiple delivery options available to customers when buying gold through www.goldenkeygaming.com.
Delivery options include having the items sent via in-game mail, or to have them delivered in-game via special arrangement which will be agreed and explained to the customer at the point of purchase.
You can expect to receive the delivery instructions within 24 hours of the order being place.
Should you not receive communication from us within 24 hours please contact us immediately so that we can avoid any delays or issues.
Refunds & Cancellations
We do not issue refunds on orders already delivered unless, the amount delivered is less than what you had paid for.
If you are experiencing any issues, please contact us right away and we will work hard on resolving any matters.
Whilst we do our best in making sure everything goes smoothly sometimes things can go wrong, if there is an issue on our side, we will resolve it immediately.
For refund request we ask that you put these in writing to us within 7 days of the product being delivered.
Due to the nature of our delivery service cancellations may not be possible. We aim to deliver a product right away so if this has already been delivered a cancellation request will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
If you made the order by mistake or decided to change your mind, we ask that you email us immediately after making an order, no later than 12 hours of placing the order. As long as the product has not been delivered to your in-game player account, we may be able to cancel the order.
